Shifts) Timberwood Lodge Assisted Living - Lake Mills, WI Timberwood Lodge Assisted Living is seeking compassionate, dependable, and certified caregivers to join our growing team. We are currently hiring for part-time PM (2:00 PM - 10:15 PM) and/or NOC (10:00 PM - 6:15 AM) shifts at our Lake Mills location. As a Medication Aide / Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing personalized care, administering medications, supporting daily routines, and creating a warm, welcoming environment. Responsibilities Resident Care Provide quality care and assistance to residents in accordance with resident rights, facility policies, and DHS regulations. Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs). Follow each resident's Individualized Service Plan (ISP). Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition to the Administrator or Nurse. Promote resident dignity, independence, choice, and individuality. Establish positive relationships with residents, families, and team members. Give and receive accurate shift reports. Medication Administration Administer medications accurately and safely according to physician orders and facility policy. Complete electronic MAR/TAR documentation. Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and potential concerns. Household & Dietary Support Assist with meal preparation and dietary support as needed. Clean dining areas following meals. Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties. Assist with resident activities and engagement opportunities. Documentation & Communication Complete timely and accurate charting in the electronic health record system. Communicate resident information appropriately with team members. Notify supervisors of resident concerns, family concerns, incidents, or emergencies. Attend required meetings and training programs. Qualifications Current Wisconsin CBRF certifications preferred: Standard Precautions Fire Safety First Aid & Choking Medication Administration Previous assisted living, CBRF, RCAC, nursing home, or home care experience preferred. Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to pass caregiver background checks required by Wisconsin DHS regulations. Why Join Timberwood Lodge?
