Your duties will include:
  • Conducting crisis interventions and providing emotional support to individuals in distress
  • Assisting with the care and treatment of individuals with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
  • Collecting and documenting data on patient behaviors and progress
  • Implementing behavior management techniques to promote positive outcomes
  • Providing counseling and support to individuals struggling with behavioral problems
  • Utilizing your experience working with children to provide appropriate care and support ```Skills``` To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
  • Crisis intervention: Ability to effectively respond to crisis situations and provide immediate support
  • PTSD care: Knowledge of treatment strategies for individuals with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
  • Social work: Understanding of social work principles and ability to collaborate with social workers on treatment plans
  • Data collection: Ability to collect, record, and analyze data related to patient behaviors and progress
  • Behavior management: Skill in implementing behavior management techniques to promote positive outcomes
  • Working with people with developmental disabilities: Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, understanding their unique needs, and providing appropriate support
