We provide intentional, structured, skill-based behavior coaching that helps youth build confidence, emotional regulation, and long-term success. We are looking for a dedicated, motivated, dependable, and compassionate Behavior Coach (BHT) who enjoys working directly with children and adolescents and wants to be part of a supportive clinical team. What You'll Do As a Behavior Coach, you will: Work 1:1 with youth in home and community settings Teach coping skills, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and social skills Help clients practice real-life strategies in real-life environments Support families by reinforcing structure and positive behavior systems Collaborate with licensed clinicians and receive structured supervision Document sessions in the HER system within 24 hours This is structured, goal-driven work — not babysitting and not therapy — but impactful skills coaching that creates measurable change. Education & Experience Requirements You must meet ONE of the following: Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field OR Associate's Degree (AA) in a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience OR Minimum of 5 years of relevant behavioral health or youth-serving experience Relevant experience includes: Behavior coaching or BHT work ABA or skills-based behavioral interventions Special education or classroom behavior support Community mental health Youth mentorship programs Schedule Requirement Must commit to 12-15 hours per week minimum Afternoon and evening availability preferred Some flexibility for family scheduling Required Credentials & Compliance Candidates must have: Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZ) - Required Valid Arizona Driver's License Active vehicle insurance Reliable transportation Ability to pass background check Professional communication skills and strong boundaries Willingness to receive supervision and training Compensation $24-$26 per hour , based on education and experience Clinical supervision included Supportive leadership team Opportunity for growth into Lead or Supervisory roles Why Therapy with Purpose?
