Duties Greet patients, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism, creating a friendly environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including waiting rooms and patient lounges. Provide support with basic hospitality services such as delivering meals or supplies to designated areas. Respond promptly to requests for assistance from patients or staff, ensuring needs are met efficiently. Support infection control protocols by adhering to safety guidelines during interactions and cleaning routines. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure smooth daily operations and enhance patient comfort. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in healthcare support is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to stand, walk, and lift light loads for extended periods. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude towards patient care.
