Community Support Specialist (Community 43) Sanctuary Recovery Centers•3.8 Phoenix, AZ Job Details Part-time $15.15 an hour 21 hours ago Qualifications TJC Customer communication Full Job Description Position Summary The Community Support Specialist is responsible for supporting daily operations within the Community 43 program. This role focuses on client engagement, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and assisting with program activities to ensure a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all members. Key Responsibilities Client SupportEngagement Greet clients upon arrival and assist with check-in for morning groups Provide a welcoming, supportive, and professional presence in the clinic Maintain regular communication with clients, including outreach to individuals who are absent to address barriers or concerns (once implemented) FacilityEnvironment Maintenance Prepare and maintain coffee service for clients and staff throughout the day Clean and maintain common areas, including: Dusting railings Maintaining outdoor smoking areas (removal of cigarette butts) General tidiness of the clinic environment OrganizationInventory Support Sort, organize, and maintain the donation closet to ensure accessibility and usability Identify and communicate organizational needs or improvements for donation management Schedule Monday•Thursday 8:30 AM•9:30

Continued organization and program support Subject to change. Minimum Qualifications Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card (Arizona DPS) Proof of Negative TB Test (current within required timeframe) Current CPR / First Aid Certification Completion of HIPAA Training prior to or upon hire Ability to comply with all ADHS, AHCCCS, and Joint Commission standards Preferred Qualifications Experience in behavioral health, peer support, or community-based programs Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to maintain a structured daily routine and follow assigned schedules Working Conditions Behavioral health outpatient setting Frequent interaction with clients in recovery Moderate physical activity (cleaning, organizing, lifting light items)
