Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Administrative :
- Warmly greet and check in patients, providing a supportive and welcoming environment.
- Verify insurance eligibility, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow.
- Handle multi-line phone systems, patient communication, and electronic health records (EMR) with accuracy.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations in all interactions.
Clinical Support :
- Help administer psyhiatrical and psychological tests and support treatment plan documentation.
- Prepare examination rooms and assist with clinical procedures as needed.
Who You Are:
Certified or experienced Medical Assistant, preferably with exposure to psychiatry or behavioral health. Proficient in EMR systems, medical terminology, and Microsoft Office. Empathetic communicator with strong patient service skills and cultural sensitivity. Highly organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and committed to person-centered care. Experience with TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) or Ketamine treatment protocols is a valuable asset, though not required. Why Sanctuary Treatment Center?
