Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Professional to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals across diverse settings, including clinics, schools, and community programs. Your expertise will help improve patient outcomes by delivering tailored interventions, supporting families, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges, developmental disabilities, and behavioral concerns. All roles are paid positions, including internships, emphasizing our commitment to valuing every contribution. Responsibilities Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' behavioral health needs and develop personalized care plans Implement evidence-based interventions such as applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavior management techniques for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities Provide crisis intervention and crisis management to de-escalate situations safely and effectively Monitor vital signs and observe behavioral changes to inform ongoing treatment strategies Administer medications following prescribed guidelines while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards Collect and record detailed data on patient progress, behaviors, and treatment outcomes using accurate medical records systems Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care and support patient well-being Maintain confidentiality by adhering strictly to HIPAA guidelines during all patient interactions and documentation processes Skills Extensive experience working with children, individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or other behavioral health needs Strong crisis intervention skills coupled with effective crisis management techniques Knowledge of addiction counseling principles and PTSD care strategies Ability to perform medical procedures such as taking vital signs and medication administration accurately Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and electronic health records systems Excellent communication skills for conducting intake interviews and engaging with patients' families or support networks Ability to collect data systematically for ongoing assessment of behavioral progress Compassionate approach to patient care that emphasizes dignity, respect, and individualized treatment plans Join us in creating a supportive environment where every individual's potential is unlocked through dedicated behavioral health services.
