Our model is highly individualized, relationship-based, and community-focused. We specialize in supporting clients with complex behavioral, emotional regulation, communication, and independence needs using compassionate, structured, and clinically sophisticated approaches. We are currently hiring for a highly supported 1:1 case requiring a calm, emotionally grounded, and adaptable team member. Who We're Looking For This role is ideal for someone who: stays calm under pressure has strong emotional intelligence and situational awareness can maintain warmth while holding clear boundaries is naturally patient, regulated, and observant enjoys problem-solving and dynamic sessions works well independently while collaborating closely with BCBAs is comfortable receiving ongoing coaching and feedback We care far more about personality, maturity, and professionalism than perfect ABA experience. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavioral and adaptive-skills programming Support emotional regulation, communication, and daily living skills Assist client participation in home and community environments Follow behavior support plans and BCBA guidance with consistency Collect session data and complete clear documentation Maintain professional communication with supervisors and caregivers Help create safe, supportive, and structured interactions Preferred Qualifications Preferred but not required: ABA, psychology, education, social work, coaching, or caregiving experience Experience supporting autistic teens or adults RBT certification Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in related field Experience with behavioral support or crisis prevention Strong communication and professionalism
Pay:
$30.00 - $45.00 per hour
