Behavior Interventionist - On Call Community Integrated Work Program, Inc. Antioch, CA 94509 Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (Required) Bachelor's Degree in behavioral science preferred Working with behavioral clients: 2 years (Required) Proficient with Behavior Agent Driver's License (Required) Work authorization (Required) CPR Certification (Preferred) Full Job Description Antioch Adult Behavioral Day Program, a for-profit organization, has an immediate need for a Mental Health Behavioral Trainer.
Job Duties:
Position involves the building of skills for persons with developmental disabilities in both on-site and community-based settings. Provides constant supervision, care, training, and job coaching of clients. Implements behavioral plans as created by the Behavior Specialist Provides behavioral intervention methods as needed Upholds standards for client rights and responsibilities. Complete Semi-Annual client reports Participate in Semi-Annual client meetings
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university in psychology, social work, education, or another related field (Required). A BA degree in behavioral science is preferred. A minimum of 2 years related experience in behavior intervention; and a minimum of 2 years' experience in community/vocational skills training Proficient/expert with Behavior Agent. Valid CA Driver License 3 years driving experience (Required) You will work alongside dedicated employees who believe in making a difference in the lives of their clients. Our work office hours are set from 7:30 am-3:30 pm Monday through Friday. This position is an on-call position.
