GED Full Job Description Primary Purpose :
The purpose of the Behavioral Health role is to provide administrative support and facilitate patient engagement within the Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), ensuring smooth operations and fostering a supportive treatment environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma as evidenced on resume Knowledge of mental health/healthcare

Experience working with adolescents preferred

Communication Computer Skills Observation Safety Awareness Team Collaboration Essential Functions:
Exhibit professional and respectful communication with patients, family members, colleagues, and clinical staff Support Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) teams, including the managers, clinicians, administrative staff, and patients Provide basic first aid Facilitate the completion of daily electronic questionnaires with patients and promptly communicate safety concerns to the Managers and individual providers Prepare and maintain group rooms for sessions Actively participate in groups to assist with patient engagement and monitoring, including morning academic time Attend weekly multidisciplinary treatment team meetings for the programs. Manage inventory for group supplies Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of group rooms and office space, including supplies, furniture, and equipment Provide support to other areas of the organization as needed Provide administrative coverage for the IOP Coordinator Perform various administrative tasks such as scheduling groups and appointments for patients, arranging video calls for virtual groups, managing patient check-in/out procedures, uploading registration paperwork, and promptly responding to email inquiries comprehensively and courteously Execute clerical responsibilities including copying, mailing, faxing, scanning, and organizing documentation
Physical Demands:
The ability to respond quickly to sounds (phone's, alarms, etc.) The ability to see and respond to dangerous situations. The ability to bend and lift objects that are no more than 25 pounds.

The work environment is conducted in an office setting.
