Per Diem RBT | Carmichael, California Go Spindle - 1.7 Carmichael, CA Job Details Per diem $28 an hour 18 hours ago Qualifications Direct behavioral therapy Full Job Description Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a direct impact on student success by supporting learners as a school-based paraprofessional in a flexible, per diem capacity. Located near Carmichael, this opportunity allows you to work alongside dedicated educators while using your skills to empower young people in their daily school lives. Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one or small group academic, behavioral, and social support under the guidance of teachers Assist students with daily routines, classroom participation, and smooth transitions throughout the school day Implement behavior support strategies and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Support students' mobility, supervision, and personal care needs whenever needed Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment for all students
Qualifications:
Associates Degree or higher Must be at least 18 years old Able to stand, walk, and occasionally lift or assist with lifting Current fingerprint clearance or willingness to complete prior to start
Preferred Experience:
Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care Experience working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges Certification or experience in CPI, PMT, or RBT is highly valued Reliable, compassionate, and a collaborative team player
