As a Behavior Aide, you'll work closely with school professionals and behavioral specialists to support students in achieving their educational and behavioral goals. This is more than a job—it's a chance to change lives.

What You'll Do:

+ Provide direct support to students with special needs in school settings + Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of specialists + Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families + Track progress and help students reach their full potential

Minimum Requirements:

+ High School diploma or equivalent (required) + At least 18 years of age + Two (2) years of pediatric experience (preferred) + Current CPR certification (if applicable) + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable) + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
