We provide a range of services, including outpatient programs, crisis services, crisis stabilization units, and specialized support programs under the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA). Our agency is dedicated to holistic care, innovative treatment strategies, and improving client outcomes.
Position Summary:
The CSU Licensed Medical Professional provides direct medical, psychiatric, and medication support to clients in a 4-bed crisis stabilization setting . This role works both independently and collaboratively with the Crisis Response Team to support individuals experiencing acute mental health crises. Responsibilities include clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation , along with case management, discharge planning, and coordination of community referrals to ensure continuity of care. The role also requires ongoing collaboration with community partners and providers to support safe and appropriate transitions for clients. Schedule 12-hour shifts

PM NOC:
