Physician Assistant Locums Job in a Community Behavioral Health Clinic |

Need is for Family Nurse Practitioner outpatient coverage for a 16 hours/2 days a week, starting ASAP and ongoing
Will deliver outpatient primary care screenings, monitor chronic health conditions, and support integrated care planning.
Strong background in chronic disease management and integrated care
Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic
Hours:
Tuesday and Thursday, 8A-5P.
