PM Pay:
Starting at $35/hour, based on experience About the Role Beech Tree Concierge provides individualized support to students and families through traveling specialists. We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Aide to work directly with a student, supporting behavioral growth through a co-regulation approach while building real-world independence. This is a hands-on role for someone who is patient, adaptable, and genuinely invested in helping a young person thrive. Responsibilities Support the student throughout the day using co-regulation strategies to help manage and respond to behaviors Facilitate life skills training in everyday, practical contexts Transport the student to scheduled activities and appointments (reliable personal vehicle required) Maintain a consistent, calm, and encouraging presence Collaborate with our team and participate in ongoing training to refine techniques and stay aligned with the student's plan Qualifications Minimum 4 years of relevant experience working with students or individuals in a behavioral, therapeutic, or developmental support setting Demonstrated experience with life skills training Strong understanding of (or eagerness to learn) co-regulation as a framework for supporting behaviors A positive, solution-oriented attitude Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing daily needs Openness to training and professional development Reliable car with a valid driver's license and insurance, for transporting the student to activities A Great Fit For We especially welcome graduate students in psychology, applied sciences / behavior analysis, special education, or psychiatry who are looking to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in the field.
