This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with individuals of varying ages and needs, providing essential support and intervention to promote safety, stability, and positive outcomes. As a RADT Swing, you will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, delivering compassionate care while managing behavioral challenges in a structured environment. Responsibilities Monitor and document client behaviors, progress, and vital signs accurately in medical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Conduct crisis intervention and manage behavioral crises using approved de-escalation techniques to ensure safety for clients and staff. Administer medications following prescribed protocols, maintaining precise medication administration records. Support clients with activities of daily living and provide patient care tailored to their unique needs. Collect data on client behaviors and responses to interventions to inform ongoing treatment strategies. Collaborate with team members during intake assessments, behavior management planning, and data collection efforts to optimize client outcomes. Requirements Prior experience working with adults and SUD treatment. Knowledge of crisis management, crisis intervention strategies, and behavior management techniques. Ability to perform vital signs measurement and understand medical terminology related to patient care. Strong skills in social work practices, including intake procedures and behavioral health assessments. Experience with medical documentation, medical records management, and data collection methods. Certification or training in addiction counseling or applied behavior analysis (ABA) is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
