• Key Responsibilities
• + Provide
• 1:1 and small-group behavioral support
• in classroom settings + Assist students in meeting
• behavioral, social, and educational goals
• + Implement behavior intervention strategies and teacher-directed supports + Collaborate with
• teachers, SPED teams, and behavioral professionals
• + Document student progress and behavioral observations + Support positive behavior, emotional regulation, and classroom engagement
• Minimum Requirements
• + High School Diploma or equivalent (required) + Must be at least
• 18 years of age
• + •Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred•+ CPR certification (if applicable) + TB clearance (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray if required) + Must meet all •federal, state, and local school compliance requirements•Preferred Qualifications•+ Experience as a •Behavior Aide, Behavior Technician, or ABA Aide•+ School-based or •special education (SPED)•experience + Familiarity with •IEPs, classroom behavior plans, or ABA strategies•+ Experience supporting students with •autism spectrum disorder (ASD)•or developmental delays •Why This Role•+ ?
