What You'll Bring:

One of the following: Associate's Degree or higher, OR 48 college units and high school diploma, OR passing score on the CBEST and a high school diploma, OR passing the instructional aide exam and high school diploma Willingness and ability to assist with all duties, including personal care (toileting, diapering, feeding, g-tube feeding); flexibility is crucial Any additional certifications (e.g., CPR/First Aid, emergency medication module, sign language fluency, Braille or vision-impaired coursework, vocational nursing license) are highly valued—please indicate all credentials in your application Experience with students with significant behavioral or medical needs is a notable plus Team player attitude and a readiness to support wherever assigned Commitment for the full ESY term (dates and schedules vary by program)

Your Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated support to students in a variety of settings and age groups as determined by campus needs Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to promote student success and well-being Implement individualized education and care plans, including behavioral, academic, and health-related support Flexibly respond to evolving classroom and student requirements throughout the ESY period
