School Year Contract Job Description:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Aide for a full-time position for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This role involves working closely with students who require behavioral support, helping them build positive skills and succeed in the classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support to students Assist in implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Reinforce positive behaviors and support social-emotional development Collect and document data on student behavior and progress Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and therapists Support students with daily classroom activities and transitions Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience working with children or individuals with behavioral needs preferred Background in ABA, paraprofessional work, or similar role is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain patient, consistent, and proactive High school diploma required; additional education or certification preferred

Schedule & Benefits:
