School-Based Behavior Technician / Behavior Assistants Orange County Schools Amergis Healthcare Staffing is hiring dedicated full-time and part-time School-Based Behavior Technicians/Assistants to support students in classroom settings for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year, summer time and next school year. In this rewarding role, you'll work 1:1 or in small groups during regular school hours, helping students succeed academically and behaviorally using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies.

• What You'll Do
• + Provide behavioral support to students in school settings + Implement ABA techniques to manage challenging behaviors + Support students with classwork, routines, and school activities + Collaborate with teachers and school staff to promote student success
• Requirements
• + Minimum 6 months of ABA experience + Previous ABA or behavior management experience + Passion for working with students and making a positive impact
