This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of students while gaining valuable experience in an educational setting. Position Summary As a Behavior Classroom Aide, you will work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to assist students with behavioral and developmental needs, helping to foster a structured, supportive, and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support Implement and follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Assist students with classroom activities, transitions, and daily routines Promote positive behavior and engagement in the classroom Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and behavior Collaborate with educators, therapists, and school personnel Qualifications Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to remain patient, consistent, and detail-oriented High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework in education or related field a plus) Why Join Amergis Staffing?
