Job Summary Job Summary The Behavior Interventionist Assistant (BIA) is assigned to a classroom and has a caseload of up to 12 students. The BIA works with classroom staff focusing on the role of behavior analysis; assists in the implementation of behavioral, academic, and social programs that address the needs of the special education students. Position requires a current RBT certification.
