Behavior Interventionist at REACH Leadership Academy Print Application Deadline Until Filled Date Posted 6/15/2026 Contact Terica Ned-Pelt (951)275-8820 Number of Openings 1 Salary Pay Range $18.00 - $22.00 Per Hour Length of Work Year 10 Months Employment Type Full Time Job Summary Job Summary Under administrative supervision and the direction of Program Director I, the Behavior Interventionist provides support services, monitors, and is trained using behavior management techniques, intervention strategies, coping skills, and problem-solving for students with behavioral challenges through the use of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis).
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, Preferred Must have at least completed some college coursework or be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university. We have a preference for programs related to early childhood education, psychology, behavior, or related field.
Experience:
Have worked with students and staff in a school or youth organization A minimum of 6 months of exposure to/experience with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) or other related developmental disabilities. Some examples include working with typically developing children in a group setting (children with demonstrated deficits or challenging behavior preferred), having a family member with ASD, a neighbor with a developmental disability, or even volunteer work in a classroom with a child with ASD, etc. Please send your required documents to: careers@reachroyals.
