• About the Role
• We're looking for a compassionate, reliable
• Behavioral Aide
• to support students within the Riverside County school district. In this role, you'll work directly with students who benefit from behavioral, social, or academic support throughout the school day. Your work helps create a positive, inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.
• What You'll Do
• + Provide 1:1 or small-group behavioral support to students during classroom activities, transitions, and unstructured times + Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the guidance of a BCBA or school behavior specialist + Use ABA strategies to reinforce positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors + Collect accurate data on student progress and behavior goals + Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors + Support students in building communication, social, and self-regulation skills + Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a student-centered mindset •Requirements•+ •ABA experience is required•(school-based experience is a plus) + High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in psychology, education, or related fields is preferred + Ability to work Monday-Friday, 30 hours per week + Strong communication and teamwork skills + Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students with diverse needs •Compensation & Schedule•+ •Starting pay: $23/hr•+ •Monday-Friday schedule (30 hours/week)•+ Consistent daytime hours aligned with the school calendar •Why Join Us?
