You provide your weekly availability. We match you with clients based on your schedule and location. Sessions are 2-4 hours long in the child's home or community setting. Your schedule remains consistent unless you request a change or client availability shifts.

Responsibilities:

Assist children with daily activities and educational programs. Support social, emotional, and behavioral development. Implement behavior management plans and communication strategies. Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), other aides, and parents to support each child's unique needs. ✅

Requirements:

No experience needed

High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to pass a drug screening for federally illegal substances. Clean background check (no criminal history).
