The School Aide may also provide support services to assist students with personal, physical mobility and therapeutic care needs, as established by a rehabilitation health practitioner, social worker or other health care professional. Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to manage maladaptive and aggressive behaviors. Support students in staying on track with academic tasks, including homework and classwork. Collaborate with school staff and supervisors to ensure students receive consistent and effective behavioral support. Support in both special education and general education classrooms Minimum High School Diploma or College degree preferred Full Time, Part Time, or On-Call Substitutes Availability at least 2-5 weekdays per week (Full time & Part time) Flexibility between 7:30 AM
