Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Aide to join our growing team in Torrance, CA. This role is ideal for compassionate professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children with developmental and behavioral needs. The Behavioral Aide will provide 1:1 ABA-based interventions in home, school, and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior
• Utilize positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA strategies
• Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, and clinical team members
• Maintain professional communication with families and caregivers
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
• Follow all ethical and confidentiality guidelines

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Behavioral Aide, Behavior Technician, or similar role
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Understanding of ABA principles and behavior management techniques
• Reliable transportation within the Torrance area
• Ability to pass background check and health screenings
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
