Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for an RBT with a growth-oriented mindset who will help families understand the value and the tailored care plan for each child that we achieve. In addition, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RBT to join our team, committed to providing exceptional support and care for individuals with developmental disabilities, including those on the autism spectrum. In this role, you will play a vital part in implementing behavioral therapy strategies, assisting with daily living activities, and fostering positive growth and development. Your energetic approach will help create a nurturing environment where clients feel supported, empowered, and understood. Responsibilities Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques, including applied behavior analysis (ABA), to support clients' developmental goals. Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility, ensuring their comfort and safety. Collect and analyze data related to behavior management plans to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments. Develop and update personalized care plans in accordance with medical documentation standards and HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including special education professionals, medical staff, and caregivers—to coordinate comprehensive care strategies. Support clients during therapeutic sessions and educational activities, fostering positive behavior change through teaching and reinforcement techniques. Maintain accurate medical records, document behavioral progress, and utilize medical terminology appropriately for effective communication. Qualifications Experience or training in behavioral therapy techniques such as applied behavior analysis (ABA) or behavior management strategies. Prior work with children or individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Knowledge of medical terminology, documentation practices, and HIPAA compliance related to patient care. Ability to assist with ADLs while maintaining a patient-centered approach. Strong data collection skills to track behavioral progress accurately. Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, and team members. Pay:
$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
