Male Qualified Behavioral Health Assistant (QBHA) / Peer Coach Lifelong Solutions, LLC - 1.0 Colorado Springs, CO Job Details Part-time | Full-time $25 - $50 an hour 20 hours ago Qualifications Bachelor's degree Direct support Working with individuals with mental health conditions Working with individuals with substance use disorders Group counseling Full Job Description Male QBHA / Recovery Coach (1:1s, Groups, Growth Opportunity) Lifelong Solutions is seeking a male Qualified Behavioral Health Associate (QBHA) / Recovery Coach to join our growing team. This role provides direct client support through 1:1 coaching, skill-based groups, and structured recovery support. The ideal candidate is reliable, emotionally steady, and committed to modeling healthy recovery and life skills. This position offers room to grow , including the potential for expanded group facilitation and a future live-in coaching role for the right fit. Core Responsibilities Provide 1:1 recovery coaching focused on life skills, accountability, emotional regulation, and follow-through Support clients with daily structure , goal execution, and recovery-aligned decision-making Facilitate or co-facilitate life skills and recovery groups as assigned Model healthy communication, boundaries, and personal responsibility Collaborate with clinical and program staff to support client progress Complete required documentation accurately and on time Required Qualifications Minimum of one (1) year of continuous sobriety Male, with lived and/or professional experience in recovery environments QBHA eligible or credentialed , or able to obtain QBHA credential prior to hire (required training cost approximately $1,000 ) OR has Bachelor's degree and has worked in the behavioral health field for 1 year Comfortable working with adult men in early and sustained recovery Emotionally regulated, dependable, and able to hold boundaries consistently Willingness to receive feedback and work within a structured program Preferred / Nice to Have Group facilitation experience Experience in sober living, residential, or community-based recovery settings Openness to a future live-in coaching position (not required initially) Compensation $50 per group hour $25 per 1:1 coaching session Opportunities for increased hours and role expansion based on performance and program needs Schedule Part-time to full-time, depending on availability and fit
Pay:
