What You'll Do As a Recovery Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting clients in achieving their personal goals and enhancing their quality of life. Supporting individuals with daily living activities and fostering independence. Promoting community integration and encouraging self-advocacy. Collaborating with clients, families, and team members to provide quality care and services. Monitoring progress and ensuring services align with the client's goals and needs. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone with: At least 1 year of experience in a related field, such as mental health services or community support. A strong sense of empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others succeed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful connections.
