Your responsibilities will include:
Providing direct support to individuals in achieving their personal goals. Assisting with daily living activities and promoting self-sufficiency. Encouraging and facilitating community involvement and participation. Supporting individuals in developing self-advocacy skills. Collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality care and services. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need: At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
