In this role, you will provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) , supporting individualized treatment plans focused on communication, functional skills, and socially appropriate behaviors. This role requires a strong commitment to ethical practice, patient-centered care, and compliance with healthcare regulations, including Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. Services are delivered in home-based and school-based settings, requiring regular local travel between client locations. Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs) Develop, implement, and supervise individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide clinical supervision and guidance to BCaBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in accordance with BACB requirements Monitor client progress through data collection, analysis, and treatment plan adjustments Provide caregiver and parent training to support skill generalization and treatment goals Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and HIPAA standards Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other healthcare providers to support client success Participate in required supervision, staff meetings, training, and ongoing professional development Demonstrate patience, empathy, professionalism, and strong leadership skills while building rapport with clients and families Qualifications Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance Smartphone with internet access
Pay:
Up to $76.00 per hour
