❋ BCBA ⫸ Riverside / Avondale / Murray Hill (Duval County) ABA Therapy 305 Jacksonville, FL Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract $90 - $95 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications Working with children with ADHD Working with individuals with autism Master's degree BCBA Autism spectrum disorders support Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) for children Full Job Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) ⫸ Riverside / Avondale / Murray Hill and Surrounding Areas | 2 Openings | $90-$95 per hour We are hiring two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide ABA services across Jacksonville, including Riverside, Avondale, Murray Hill, Lakeshore, Fairfax, Ortega area, and nearby surrounding communities. This opportunity is ideal for BCBAs who want flexible scheduling, dependable administrative support, steady case opportunities, and the ability to grow their caseload monthly based on local family needs. Who You'll Work With You will work with children who may need support with communication, social interaction, daily living routines, adaptive behavior, emotional regulation, caregiver participation, and reducing behaviors that may interfere with learning, independence, or family life. Services may take place in home, school, or community-based settings depending on each case. What You'll Do Complete behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise RBTs and provide clinical guidance across assigned cases Review progress data and adjust treatment goals when clinically appropriate Collaborate with caregivers to support consistency, routines, and skill generalization Maintain accurate documentation and follow professional ABA standards What We Offer $90-$95 per hour based on our caseload incentive offer | strongest BCBA pay rates in Duval County Start with 5 to 8 cases and continue growing monthly based on need Flexible scheduling based on your availability Reliable administrative and case coordination support Consistent BCBA opportunities across Jacksonville and nearby surrounding areas Join a growing ABA team and help support families across Riverside, Avondale, Murray Hill, Lakeshore, Fairfax, Ortega area, and surrounding communities.
