Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) Kissimmee, FL 34758 From $70,000 a year - Full-time, Contract From $70,000 a year - Full-time, Contract Falls Family Center LLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) to join our growing team. We are committed to providing high-quality, individualized ABA services that promote meaningful outcomes for children and families. Position Overview The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring clinical excellence across all assigned cases. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans. Analyze data and make treatment recommendations based on client progress. Supervise and provide ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians. Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions. Complete all clinical documentation in accordance with company, funding source, and BACB requirements. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and collaborate with school staff and other professionals. Maintain ethical and professional standards outlined by the BACB. Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing. Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Florida Medicaid provider enrollment preferred (or willingness to obtain). Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
