Competitive pay based on experience About NeuroLift NeuroLift is a leading behavioral health and wellness practice dedicated to delivering innovative, patient-centered mental health care. Our team specializes in advanced treatments including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato® (esketamine) therapy for treatment-resistant depression. We are currently seeking two motivated and compassionate Medical Assistants to join our growing team. Position Overview The Medical Assistant will support providers and patients throughout the treatment process while ensuring a high standard of clinical care and customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with patients and wants to make a meaningful impact in the behavioral health field. Responsibilities Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and patient information Prepare patients for examinations and treatment sessions Assist providers with clinical procedures and documentation Coordinate patient intake and follow-up appointments Support TMS and Spravato® treatment programs, including patient monitoring and documentation Maintain accurate records within the electronic medical record system Verify insurance information and assist with administrative tasks as needed Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and medical supplies Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all applicable healthcare regulations Deliver exceptional patient service and compassionate care Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or relevant clinical experience preferred Minimum one year of medical office experience preferred Behavioral health, psychiatry, neurology, or primary care experience is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with electronic medical records and basic computer applications Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills Experience working in a behavioral health setting Familiarity with TMS, Spravato®, infusion therapies, or specialty medical treatments Knowledge of insurance verification and prior authorizations What We Offer Competitive compensation Paid Time Off (PTO) Health insurance benefits Ongoing training and professional development Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization Supportive and collaborative work environment Join a team that is changing lives through innovative mental health treatment and compassionate patient care.
