Direct Service Hour:
Based on experience level and credential, starting at $38.00 an hour Job description: Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA) work with children and their families to help reduce challenging behaviors through the use of data collection, determining the function of behaviors and helping families devise a user-friendly behavior program that will increase positive behaviors, introduce replacement behaviors and help the family learn the skills and techniques needed to positively manage challenging behaviors. Minimum qualifications are bachelor's or Master's degree, has certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst and a minimum of one year of experience in working with families or children. Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst will maintain the BACB certification. BCaBA is responsible for maintaining ongoing supervision with BBC, INC's Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). A supervision contract with BCBA must be maintained on file with Brevard Behavioral Consultants, Inc. •Services are in home and in community settings
