Job Summary (Purpose and Function): Full-time faculty member in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. This individual will provide clinical Neuropsychological services that may include mental health screenings and psychological assessments.
Accountabilities:
Administer tests for intelligence, memory, attention, language, and sensorimotor functions. Evaluate disorders like dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, stroke, brain tumors, and ADHD Develop cognitive rehabilitation plans and, in some cases, provide psychotherapy. Prepare detailed, evidence-based reports to guide medical treatment. Collaborate with neurologists, neurosurgeons, and other medical staff. Provide supervision for post-doctoral psychology fellows Attend multidisciplinary team meetings Identify patients requiring psychiatric evaluation This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities, as necessary.

Education:
Psy.

D. or Ph.D.; valid
State of Florida Licensed Psychologist Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Completion of a fellowship with specialized training in Neuropsychology. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills for patient care and data interpretation. Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
