Job Description

Job Overview Molding Minds Behavioral Services is seeking experienced Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families. In this role, you will implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) , supporting individualized treatment plans focused on communication, functional skills, and socially appropriate behaviors. This role requires a strong commitment to ethical practice, patient-centered care, and compliance with healthcare regulations, including Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. Services are delivered in home-based and school-based settings, requiring regular local travel between client locations. Responsibilities Provide services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in accordance with BACB requirements Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision Collect and analyze data Assist in program development and modification under BCBA supervision Supervise and provide training and guidance to RBTs Assist in functional behavior assessments Maintain documentation and compliance Maintain clear, professional communication and collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other providers; provide updates to the supervising BCBA. Participate in required training, supervision, and ongoing professional development. Demonstrate patience, empathy, and professionalism while building rapport with clients. Qualifications Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB Positive, professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English and Spanish (required). Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance. Smartphone with internet access.
Pay:
Up to $60.00 per hour
