In this vital role, you will provide overnight support and supervision for individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or behavioral health needs. Your focus will be on ensuring safety, promoting positive behavior, and assisting with daily living activities in a structured and nurturing environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve while working overnight hours that fit your schedule. The ideal candidate is proactive, empathetic, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Supervise and support individuals with disabilities or behavioral health challenges during overnight shifts, ensuring their safety and well-being. Implement behavior management plans and applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behaviors. Respond effectively to crises or behavioral incidents using crisis intervention strategies and crisis management skills. Qualifications Prior experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs is highly preferred. Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques, crisis management, and behavior management strategies. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation, HIPAA compliance, and medical records management. Ability to work overnight shifts reliably while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Excellent communication skills for working with individuals with disabilities or mental health challenges such as PTSD care needs.
