Compensation:
$150,000 - $155,000 annually
Incentive Bonus:
Up to 17.5% Job Description Overview A large inpatient behavioral health program in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking an Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) to support executive nursing leadership. This role partners directly with the CNO to oversee clinical operations, strategic planning, and performance improvement across a multi-unit behavioral health service line serving diverse patient populations. This is a senior leadership role designed for candidates with strong inpatient behavioral health experience and a track record of operational leadership. Responsibilities Support executive oversight of behavioral health nursing operations Assist with strategic planning, program development, and service line growth Drive quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance Conduct leadership rounding with patients, staff, and physicians Oversee staffing models, workforce planning, and team engagement Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary leaders Assist in budget planning, cost management, and productivity optimization Lead and develop nursing leaders and clinical teams Support performance improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
Qualifications Required:
Active RN license Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) 5+ years nursing leadership experience 5+ years inpatient behavioral health leadership experience Current leadership level: Unit Director or higher (required)
Critical Requirement:
