Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing team. The BCaBA will work under the supervision of a BCBA to provide high-quality ABA services to children and/or adults with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and behavioral challenges. This position involves direct client programming, supervision of RBTs, parent training support, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Implement and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA Conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs Supervise and provide guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate client data Assist with assessments and treatment plan updates Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistency of care Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with the BACB guidelines Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development Qualifications Active BCaBA certification through the BACB Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if travel required) Benefits Competitive compensation Flexible scheduling Paid training and ongoing supervision Opportunities for career advancement Health, dental, and vision insurance (if applicable) Paid time off and holidays Supportive and collaborative work environment Why Join Us?
