Responsibilities Residential/Recovery Residence Coordinator ( Friday(Float)/Saturday & Sunday 11am-11pm) Peachford Hospital will soon be opening an off-site residence to support the needs of our adult outpatient program (PHP) patients. In preparation for the launch of this new and exciting program, we are looking to add the following new positions to our team.

Residential Care Associate :

Friday (Float)/ Saturday & Sunday 11am-11pm "This Role will Float to fill Hospital Staffing Needs on Fridays"

Perform ground and room safety checks throughout shift. Process new intakes and discharging patients. Transport and monitor patients to hospital programs and appointments. A bachelor's degree in a social services field is helpful. Previous experience working with addictive disease and/or behavioral health patients in an inpatient, outpatient, group-home or half-way house setting.
