Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Pediatric ABA Therapist

Pay:

As an RBT you'll have the support to successfully assist a child with reaching developmental and behavioral milestones. Our experienced team strives to provide individualized, outstanding services to children and families as well as to our team members. Our RBTs work one-on-one with clients aged 2-12 under the supervision of a

BCBA. PNE

will help the right person earn their RBT certification during 4-6 weeks of study and on-the-job training, and takes into consideration direct ABA experience, credentials, and education when evaluating pay.

Candidate requirements:

Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills Have the ability to move around quickly, be active to support the child's needs Have experience and/or the desire to work with children Have a high school diploma or higher Must be able to learn, retain and apply large amounts of information and terminology Must be able to tolerate indoor and outdoor temperature and weather variations as needed Must be able to run, move quickly, do stairs, and assume a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crouching, sitting, standing up quickly from positions) to work with active children Must be able to engage and connect with children to pair quickly and maintain trust Must be energetic, playful, and creative. Continuous positive, verbal reinforcement required. Must be able to complete multiple tasks at once amidst busy surroundings and distractions Must be able to receive and apply ongoing feedback in a positive manner Must have visual acuity to determine the accuracy of the work assigned Must be capable of implementing behavior plans while assessing and accurately tracking data Must be able to work full shifts without smoking or vaping. Breaks are very limited and smoking/vaping is not permitted on the premises. Must be physically present at the clinic Training to be certified requires a full time schedule for the first 2 weeks of employment. Full-Time is preferred. Must be available between the hours of 7:50am & 4:10pm. (Medical, Life, Vision, Dental and Disability Insurance options, plus 401k, PTO and Holiday pay). Part-Time may be considered depending on our schedule needs. Must be available at least 20 hours per week, year-round, and for full shift blocks (8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm). (Some health benefits apply). We do not offer seasonal work due to the consistent one on one nature of the job.
