Behavioral Specialist

```Job Summary``` We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Specialist to join our team. As a Behavioral Specialist, you will work with youth k through 6th grade, providing support and guidance. If you have experience working with children or individuals with behavioral issuses and possess strong crisis management skills, we encourage you to apply. ```Duties```

• Implement behavior management plans and strategies
• Provide direct care and support to individuals struggling with behavior in the classroom
• Support classroom leaders
• Assist in crisis intervention situations
• Fill out parent reports ```Experience``` To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with behavioral issues
• Strong crisis management skills
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques
• Familiarity with special education principles
