What You'll Bring:
Required Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience 2+ years of EHS experience, ideally in technology, data centers, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with analytical and organizational abilities Ability to multi-task, work independently, and travel locally up to 60% of the time
Driver's License Required:
This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area Local candidates only This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship Preferred Certifications such as ASP, EIT, CHMM, OSHA30, or similar Familiarity with EHS compliance programs and management systems
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with EHS compliance, sustainability, and due diligence transaction projects Prepare plans, permits, and reports for hazardous waste, air quality, stormwater, and wastewater programs Conduct EHS compliance assessments and implement corrective actions to meet federal, state, and local regulations Support development of EHS compliance and management system programs Provide on-site EHS compliance support to clients as needed Perform Phase I environmental site assessments for property transfers Conduct environmental fieldwork and audits, including sampling and ecological studies Carry out inspections, incident investigations, safety observations, job safety analyses, and risk assessments based on OSHA requirements Manage multiple projects within scope, budget, and schedule while ensuring quality deliverables Collaborate with ERM Partners-in-Charge and Project Managers to deliver exceptional client service
