Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Activities Assistant to join our team in Muncie, IN. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be entertaining, creative, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and organizing activities for residents Engage residents in various recreational and social activities Create a fun and welcoming environment for residents Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff Assist in problem-solving and resolving any issues that may arise

Requirements:

Previous experience as an activities assistant is preferred Positive attitude and a passion for working with seniors Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creative and able to come up with engaging activities Ability to problem solve and handle challenging situations
