Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Join a Mission-Driven Team Transforming Behavioral Healthcare for Children and Families Bluegrass Behavioral Services for Children (BBSC) is seeking a passionate BCBA or BCaBA to join our growing multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving the lives of children and families throughout Kentucky. Supportive supervision and mentorship. Continuing education and professional development opportunities. Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs). Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans. Provide supervision, training, and support to behavioral staff as appropriate. Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization and long-term success. Analyze treatment data and make clinically informed recommendations. Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and community partners. Maintain timely and compliant documentation in accordance with organizational, payer, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications BCBA Candidates Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Kentucky licensure (or eligibility for licensure). Experience working with children and families preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. BCaBA Candidates Current Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification. Kentucky licensure (or eligibility for licensure). Ability to work under the supervision of a BCBA. Passion for helping children achieve meaningful developmental and behavioral goals. Pay:
