401(k) Competitive salary Employee discounts Flexible schedule Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Training & development Tuition assistance Boston's Bridge to Excellence is seeking a compassionate and experienced Part-Time Certified ABA Specialist to support students with behavioral, developmental, and social-emotional needs within our before and after school programs. The ABA Specialist will implement behavior support strategies, assist with emotional regulation, and help create a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment where every child can thrive. Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA strategies and behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Provide behavioral support during before and after school programming. Support students with social skills, emotional regulation, communication, and transitions. Use positive reinforcement and proactive behavior management techniques. Collaborate with staff, families, and support teams to ensure consistent student support. Maintain accurate behavioral documentation and incident reports. Assist with classroom management and inclusive program activities. Qualifications ABA certification or formal ABA training required. RBT, BCaBA, BCBA, or equivalent certification preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience working with children in educational or behavioral settings. Experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD, developmental disabilities, or behavioral challenges preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
Schedule Part-Time Position Monday-Friday Before School Hours:
7:30 AM - 9:30
AM After School Hours:
2:00 PM - 6:00 PM Additional hours may be available during school vacations and summer programming. Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience and certification level. Why Join Us?
