In this role, you will build skills in psychiatric care, trauma-informed practice, and crisis intervention while making a meaningful impact in patients' day-to-day experiences. Successful candidates engage with residents in a therapeutic manner that supports adaptive coping, emotional regulation, and life skills development through implementation of individualized treatment goals. Responsibilities include supporting patients during therapeutic groups, school activities, recreation, and daily living routines within the hospital setting. Multiple Full-Time positions available, including: Rotating schedules Day/Evening rotations Overnight-only positions 32 or 40 hours/week available Why Franciscan Children's?
