- Ongoing training, career advancement programs, tuition reimbursement, and leadership development Eliot is seeking Mental Health Relief staff to join our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) division.
Responsibilities:
Deliver side-by-side interventions that emphasize problem-solving, skill-building, behavior modeling, optimism, and ongoing encouragement to support individual progress Collaborate with the team and clients to continuously assess symptoms, monitor responses to interventions, and adjust support strategies as needed Promote access to culturally competent, strengths-based, recovery-oriented, and rehabilitation-focused services that align with each clients preferences Support clients in identifying and utilizing personal and community resources to achieve individualized goals and enhance community integration Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure service delivery is guided by each client's needs, values, and long-term recovery objectivesQualifications:
Requires a High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with adults with severe mental illness Valid Massachusetts drivers licenseSchedule:
